On November 15, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution in August 23 of the same month by the Incheon District Court due to a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, etc.

1. Joint criminal conduct between the Defendant and B: A person who violated the Employment Security Act from June 201 to January 5, 2012; C from June 201, to November 15, 2011, without having a certain office, operated a news report room in the name of “D”; and the Defendant was a person who was working as a driver at the above news report room from September 20 to January 5, 2012.

The Defendant and B and C enter into a verbal contract with the content that the trade name of a member of an entertainment entertainment facility, a singing bar, and a singing room with which it is impossible to identify the trade name of a member of an entertainment facility in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City without registering fee-charging job placement services, and C, while managing female employees, notified the Defendant of the contact that it is necessary for an entertainment facility from the above main place, etc., while informing the Defendant. A, while playing a role that considers female employees to the main place, etc. by using a vehicle, was granted KRW 10,000 out of the above entertainment facility per hour from the above entertainment facility as the placement fee.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with B and C conducted fee-charging job placement services without being registered with the competent authorities.

2. Joint criminal acts by accused and B: No person who violates the Juvenile Protection Act shall have juveniles drink alcoholic beverages with customers, singing or dancing, etc., or arrange or instigate such acts for the purpose of making profits;

Nevertheless, the Defendant and B conspired,

A. On November 24, 201, at around 22:30, 201, introduction of G(H), I(J) and K(L) from the above juveniles into the F entertainment tavern located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E 2nd, and collection of 10,000 won per hour from the above juveniles from the amount of 25,000 won per hour, and the said juveniles drink or sing down with a guest who had been living therein.
