1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

Punishment of the crime
1. 2018 highest 2775;
A. On May 4, 2018, around 21:45, the Defendant intruded into the public use place for sexual purposes, for the purpose of photographing the body of a woman who is considered to be melted in a female toilet located adjacent to the room (PC) in the city of “D” located on the fourth floor of the Busan-gu Busan Metropolitan Government C building.

A. The Defendant infringed upon a public use place for sexual purposes on a toilet, which is a public use place, with a view to meeting his sexual desire twice as follows.

(2) On July 1, 2018, around 14:00, the Defendant entered the second floor of the H-ground building of Busan J in Busan in order to take a photograph of the body of a woman who sees a room from a female toilet that is located adjacent to the skin of the “I”.
B. The Defendant taken photographs, such as a camera, of another person’s body, which might cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a mechanical device with similar functions three times as follows, against his will.
(1) The defendant is the victim of a female who is unable to know the name at the same time and place as the above-mentioned paragraph (1).
