1. The Defendant’s KRW 235,091,586 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from December 11, 2018 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment made based on the deemed confession based on the basis of recognition (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. In accordance with Article 2 of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, “the portion of damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum after June 1, 2019” is dismissed.
