3.Paragraph 1.

A. On November 5, 2012, the Plaintiff, a company running installment financing business, etc., offered a commercial installment loan to the Defendant with the following content:

(1) Loan amount: 76,00,000 won. (2) Loan period: From November 05, 2012 to November 20, 2016. (3) Interest rate, etc.: 17.9% per annum, and delay delay interest rate: 29% per annum.

B. After that, the Defendant did not pay the agreed principal and interest, and the balance of the loan in arrears until April 19, 2018 remains in addition to the principal amount of KRW 35,631,335.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay KRW 35,631,335 to the Plaintiff the principal of the loan that the Plaintiff seeks.

3. Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
