1. The Defendant is at the rate of KRW 60 million and its interest to the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 2% per month from June 1, 2013 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the performance of an agreed amount of KRW 600 million and interest or damages for delay on May 13, 2013 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant (the content that the Defendant promises to pay KRW 600 million to the Plaintiff up to December 30, 2013, in addition to interest calculated by the rate of 2% per month on KRW 600 million) and the agreed amount of KRW 600 million and the claim for the performance of the interest or damages for delay.
