A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
One copy (No. 1) of a seized driver's license shall be from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On March 22, 2017, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at Suwon District Court on March 2, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 1, 2017.

1. On October 26, 2018, at around 03:20, the Defendant driven a 1m D-free car according to the road front of the restaurant in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.131% without a driver’s license.
2. At around 21:00 on November 13, 2018, the Defendant driven a 2km-free car from the front side of the Seosan-si E, Ansan-si to the Grenk road located in Ansan-si F, Ansan-si, Ansan-si without a driver’s license.

1. Illegal events of official documents;
A. On February 25, 2019, the Defendant presented his/her driver’s license issued by the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency who was in possession of without returning the driver’s license, to K employees of the said company, in the course of borrowing his/her own motor vehicle from the I Office located in Ansan-si H at his/her office.
B. On April 5, 2019, the Defendant again borrowed the said franchise vehicle at the above place, and presented K with the said driver’s license, thereby denying the official document.
2. After an accident, on April 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a car at the 08:17 square meters on the right side of the said car, and proceeded toward the distance of industrial complex corresponding to the industrial complex located on the right side of the Mansan-si, Annsan-si; (b) the Defendant neglected his/her duty of care to drive safely, such as taking a full look at the right side and the right side, and accurately operating the steering system and the brake system, while neglecting the duty of care to drive safely; (c) instead, the part of the right side side of the ON-si car left side and the right side of the said car was moved to the right side of the said car, and did not take necessary measures to destroy the 264,900 won repair cost to the extent that the 264,900 won repair cost is destroyed.
