The Defendant is a person who has operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name "D," from the third floor in the following City:

On September 3, 2013, at around 09:44, the Defendant: (a) paid 1.50,000 won to female employees E and one time to have sexual intercourse; and (b) installed 9 marina rooms in D from February 2, 2013 to September 4, 2013, 150,000 won at the time of cash settlement, and 1.70,000 won at the time of credit card settlement, and 1.70,000 won to female employees, such as E, etc., paid 1.50,000 won to make a single sexual intercourse with customers, and arranged sexual intercourse by taking part of the amount of sexual intercourse with the Defendant and female employees.
