On January 15, 2016, around 22:27, the Defendant driven a B B B B-a-car car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.127% in blood, from the fluorial land of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the 75rd-si, Sincheon-gu, Ocheon-si.
