1. No person who commits a joint crime by the defendant A or the defendant B shall arrange, solicit, induce, or compel sexual traffic;

On September 2020, the Defendants were willing to operate and distribute profits from the following methods: (a) the Defendants, around September 202, in Incheon Seo-gu Officetel E, F, G, H, H, and I; (b) Internet advertisements; (c) sexual traffic women recruitment and the management of equipment; and (d) Defendant B, in the manner of leasing the above place and managing telephone reservations and money for customers, etc.

On October 5, 2020, the Defendants: (a) had K, a woman engaged in sexual traffic, receive 150,000 won for 60 million won from three non-specific men in the above H; (b) had a telephone promise made on the condition that 1.50,000 won shall be paid from non-specific men in the same day; and (c) had the said male waiting for the said female sex trafficking with the said E, and (d) had six women engaged in sexual traffic from September 8, 2020 to October 5, 2020, operated the sexual traffic business by having them receive 1.50,000 to 30,00 won per time from the female in the sexual traffic, and have them receive 50,000 won per time from the female in the sexual traffic, and have them receive 50,000 won fees from the female in the sexual traffic.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2.
