1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 300,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 5, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. With respect to the claim amounting to KRW 300,00,000 against D, E, F, and G (hereinafter “the deceased C’s heir”) total of KRW 300,000 (the net C’s debt was inherited to the deceased C’s heir according to the percentage of inheritance shares), the deceased C’s heir as the obligor and the defendant as the third obligor, and the deceased C’s heir’s claim amounting to KRW 365,542,500 among the claim amounting to KRW 300,00,000 (this claim also succeeds to the deceased C’s heir according to the percentage of inheritance shares) (the claim amounting to KRW 99,99,99, E, F, G, the claim amounting to KRW 66,667,67, each of the above claims amounting to KRW 250,500 among the claim amounting to KRW 300,50,000 among the deceased C’s heir’s claim amounting to KRW 20581,5081,25,2081.
