A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime
On October 13, 1999, the Defendant issued a warrant of arrest due to occupational embezzlement, etc. on March 2, 2000 after the departure of the United States of America on October 13, 199. B. On July 2016, the Defendant conspiredd to forge the name influencies and the passport of the Republic of Korea known through the search language of the “franchisc passport” on the Internet site at the Internet site at the Pacific cock (hereinafter referred to as “fluored passport”), and then, to exercise the computer, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s resident registration number “C”, “A”, passport pictures and signature cans to e-mail, and the name influor who received the delivery thereof was forged one passport under the name of the Minister of Foreign Affairs in an irregular way based on the personal information transmitted as above.
2. Counterfeiting of forged official documents;
A. The Defendant around December 25, 2012, at the International Port of Cambodia, said Section 1-A.
As stated in Section I, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, which is a forged official document 197 times in total, as shown in Schedule I from around that time to November 16, 2018, such as presenting a copy of a passport, which is a forged official document, to a public official in charge of entry and departure without knowledge of the fact.
