A. On September 4, 2007, Jeju District Court Decision 2007Kadan12066 decided on September 4, 2007 that "the defendant jointly and severally paid to the plaintiff 40 million won and 20% interest per annum from June 29, 2007 to the date of full payment." This decision became final and conclusive on September 28, 2007.

B. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit for the extension of the statute of limitations for claims based on the judgment on the preceding lawsuit.
