In full view of the content of the Defendant’s comments on comments B and the content and expressions of the comments written by the Defendant, the “human garbage” of the Defendant’s comments is interpreted as referring to the victim, and such expressions constitute insult by expressing an abstract judgment or a destructive sentiment that may undermine the victim’s social evaluation, and sufficiently recognize that the Defendant had the intent to insult.

Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit.
