1. From January 13, 2015 to July 2, 2015, Defendant Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City substituted the Plaintiff with KRW 154,55,200 as well as KRW 154,55,200.
1. Basic facts
A. Each land listed in the separate sheet 1 (referred to as “instant land” according to the sequences, and each of the above lands referred to as “each of the instant lands” refers to a lot located on the surface of a lot, other than 502-3, which is operated by a lot shopping company (hereinafter “slater shopping”), which is located in the Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, which is located on the ground of a lot outside 502-3, the hot spring dong-dong, and its site is adjacent to the south side of the lot department store (hereinafter “the instant department store,” and “the site of the instant department store”).
At present, each land of this case is used as a parking lot access road of the department store of this case and a delivery or road provided for public passage, as shown in the attached Form 2.
B. Around July 1981, the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of each of the instant lands, and around April 24, 1985, the Plaintiff established a bus stops in Busan, Busan, Dong-si bus stops (hereinafter “non-party companies”) jointly with B to conduct the bus stops business on the site of the instant department store, and transferred 51/100 of the instant land to the non-party companies, and 8/221 of the instant two land, respectively.
At present, the Plaintiff’s share in the instant land 1 is 10,849/10, and the Plaintiff’s share in the instant land 2 is 21,300/22,100, and the instant land 3 is owned by the Plaintiff alone.
C. On April 23, 1984, as urban planning facilities were determined and publicly announced to be incorporated into the same passenger automobile depots as of April 23, 1984, the price of 502-3 days, adjacent to each of the instant lands was determined and publicly announced as being included in the 1-132 line, among each of the instant land. Of the above, the 1-132 line was changed to the route as of December 29, 1987 by the Busan Metropolitan City Notice No. 394, which was as of December 39, 1987.
On October 4, 1984, after the determination and public notice of the above urban planning facilities, the non-party company obtained a business license for a bus stop in the vicinity of each of the land in this case.
