The defendant is the owner of Blurging LSSSS motor vehicle.

From May 25, 2012 to May 5, 2013, the Defendant left the said vehicle alone in a public parking lot under subparagraph 2 of Article 4-1 of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, without justifiable grounds.
