The Defendants as residents of the FF in Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and Defendant A, as members of the above Emergency Countermeasure Committee, are the chairperson of the “I,” the executive secretary of the above Emergency Countermeasure Committee, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant E, who are the victims G, and the members of the above Emergency Countermeasure Committee, who are the executive secretary of the above Emergency Countermeasure Committee, Defendant D, and Defendant E.

1. On October 20, 2017, from around 14:00 to around 18:00 to around 18:00, Defendants, who jointly interfere with the Defendants’ general traffic obstruction and duties, carried approximately 300 horses of the said victim divided into three parts of trucks on the road located in the Jincheon-gun of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and prevented the victim from running the said road with several rocks and fences installed, and preventing the victim from running the truck.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to obstruct the traffic of the road and interfered with the operation of the victim's breeding farm.

2. The Defendant, at the above date, at the above time, and at the above place (57) the victim G (57) was defective, thereby damaging the victim’s chest by exceeding the upper part of the victim’s chest, thereby causing about two weeks of treatment to the victim.
