Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a Bioio car.
On February 24, 2013, at around 02:40, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 3 km under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.174% from the front day of the flusium Cr. Sari-si Sari, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do to the front day of the daily luminous dust in the same flusium.
