The defendant shall receive on December 10, 2003 from the Jeonju District Court Branch of the Jeonju District Court with respect to the real estate stated in the attached Form C.

Reasons

In full view of the purport of the entire argument in Gap evidence No. 1, since there is no secured debt of the right to collateral security as stated in the attached Table No. 1 or it is recognized that the prescription has expired, it is so decided as per Disposition.
