Punishment of the crime
On April 12, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 0.075% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a B B B-P car from a distance of about 2 kilometers from the roads near B-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu to the roads front of the B-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu to the use of oil.
