The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On March 16, 2016, at around 22:50, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s resistance from the victim’s passenger car fee due to the taxi fee set off from C-si operated by the victim B at the front of the Jung-dong Public Security Center at approximately 34-lane 34, the Eup of the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul.
2. On May 15, 2017, the victim expressed his/her intention that he/she would not wish to punish the Defendant, and thus, the instant prosecution is dismissed in accordance with Article 260(1) and (3) of the Criminal Act and Article 327 Subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
