The judgment below

According to its reasoning, the court below maintained the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and in light of the records, the above measures of the court below are just and acceptable. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence and exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience or by misapprehending

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
