The plaintiff for part of the three grounds for appeal by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) stated in this Court that only the leased principal and the construction cost are claimed from the amount stated in the loan certificate (Evidence A2). However, according to the above loan certificate, the repayment date is October 10, 2019. Thus, according to the above loan certificate, the repayment date is the date of October 10, 2019. Thus, only the damages for delay from October 11, 2019, which is the following day, shall be accepted, and the remainder shall be dismissed.
