Around October 14, 2012, the Defendant stated that “A victim C, who is a senior fluorial fluorial fluorial fluoral fluor in Gwangju Metropolitan City, will pay KRW 150,000,000,000 for the construction cost around December 2012, 201, who borrowed money, would be repaid.”

However, in fact, there was no property owned by the Defendant, and there was no certain occupation and lack of living expenses, and since the construction company for which the Defendant is obliged to receive the construction price was uncertain whether the Defendant is able to receive the money due to the default of payment, there was no intention or ability to pay the money even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim.

Around October 14, 2012, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 5 million from the Agricultural Cooperative account (Account Number D) in the name of the Defendant under the name of the victim as the borrowed money, and acquired it by deceptioning KRW 32 million in total over 13 times from that time to November 28, 2012, as shown in the attached Table 1.

1. On January 3, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E falsely stated that “A victim E will pay all the money borrowed until the end of March by finding an installment deposit with the maturity of three months if he/she borrowed the necessary construction cost.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not own property and did not have a certain occupation, and did not have an installment savings account at the end of March 2013, and there was no need to receive construction works in Daejeon. Therefore, even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim, there was no intention or ability to pay the money.

Around January 4, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from the victim via the account (Account Number: H) of the Nonghyup branch in the name of the Defendant.
