【Criminal Facts】

No person shall recognize drugs or other goods as narcotics, and transfer, acquire or possess them for the purpose of committing a crime involving narcotics.

1. On October 2018 or early November 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) recognized a single injection device, the first crime of which is psychotropic drugs, as a psychotropic drug, in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Birm room; (b) injected the Defendant’s arms with water, and continuously injected it into the Defendant’s arms at the same place, after approximately 10 minutes after being fluored with a single cluoring cluor from C with a single cluorous white cluor; and (c) injected it into the Defendant’s arms after being dluored with water at the same place.
