1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for payment of KRW 575,905,528 and the period from April 1, 2017 to December 16, 2017.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 2 through 7 (including each number number), the Plaintiff entered into a contract for material supply (hereinafter referred to as the "instant material supply contract") with regard to the dual steel and H-selective beam required for the Corporation on December 1, 2016 between D and Defendant A, setting the payment date for the materials “E” as “on the last day of the month following the end of the month following the end of the month after entering into the contract for material supply”; D; from December 31, 2016 to February 17, 2017 after the conclusion of the contract for material supply of this case, the Plaintiff is jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for the payment of the materials, 575,905,528 won (including value-added tax); from the 20th day following the date following the date of the contract for material supply to the Plaintiff; from the 20th day after the date of the contract for material supply to the 15th day after the date of the last 17th day following the contract.5th day of the Plaintiff’s.
