1. On October 27, 2014, Defendant A and Defendant B established studio 9, employees waiting room, shower room, and kitchen at the relevant marina business establishment, and employed female employees, and Defendant B paid 80,000 won to customers for sexual traffic, and caused G to engage in similar behavior to see the customer’s sexual organ by taking advantage of his and her hand.
