The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CYF rocketing car.

On February 1, 2013, at around 09:00, the Defendant operated the said car as its duties, and proceeded with the 7 national highways near the entrance of the "Cho-gu", which are located in the "Cho-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul.
