The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of D concrete mixtures truck trucks.

On October 14, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 09:00, and led to the intersection of the Yacheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, to the large-scale airspace from the open apartment of Yacheon-si.

Since there is a signal, there was a duty of care to safely drive a person engaged in driving service in accordance with the signals installed in the direction of driving.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so, disregarding the change of vehicle driving signals to the stop signal, and found the f-cracker off the offside of the Madern Police Station in the Yansan Island, where he had entered the intersection as it is, in order to avoid the collision, and moved to the left side in order to avoid the collision, he applied the f-cracker car of the victim E (n.e., 49 years old) who was stopped for the traffic signal at the one-lane in the direction of the Defendant’s proceeding, and covered the F-cracker car of the victim E (n., e., the 36 years old driver) who was stopped in the two-lane, with the loaded part of the said cargo vehicle. The f-cracked the side side of the driver’s seat of the passenger G (n, e.g., the h., the hacker of the h-kick driver’s vehicle in the two-lane drive.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence caused the death of the victim E and the victim I (n, 47 years of age), and the victim J (n, 47 years of age) who was boarding the said cruise car, due to serious brain injury, etc. in the same workplace. The Defendant suffered injury to the victim G and the victim K (n, 36 years of age) who was boarding the said passenger car, respectively, for about two weeks of medical treatment.
