Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

The Defendant is a driver of a vehicle B in the earth.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 11:00 on January 28, 2020, the Defendant intentionally set the front registration number plate of the vehicle in front of the “D” in Sinpo City, Mapo-si, in order to avoid the crackdown on the parking and stopping on the roads, and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the back registration number plate as a lapt.
