The sentence of each sentence shall be suspended against the Defendants.
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A was admitted to the F Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project Association on April 9, 2018 according to the ruling of the Gyeonggi-do Local Land Tribunal on May 24, 2018 in order to implement the F Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project implemented by the F Housing Redevelopment Project Association.
Although a landowner has to deliver or transfer the relevant land or goods to the project implementer by the commencement date of expropriation or use, the Defendant did not deliver the said real estate to the F Housing Redevelopment Project Association, a project implementer, until May 24, 2018, which is the commencement date of expropriation of the said public works.
2. Defendant B was admitted to the F Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project Association on April 9, 2018 following the ruling of the Gyeonggi-do Regional Land Tribunal on May 24, 2018 in order to implement the F Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project implemented by the F Housing Redevelopment Project Association.
Although a landowner has to deliver or transfer the relevant land or goods to the project implementer by the commencement date of expropriation or use, the Defendant did not deliver the said real estate to the F Housing Redevelopment Project Association, a project implementer, until May 24, 2018, which is the commencement date of expropriation of the said public works.
3. Defendant C was admitted to the Korea Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association on April 9, 2018 following the ruling of the Gyeonggi-do Local Real Estate Expropriation Committee on May 24, 2018 in order to implement the F Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project implemented by the F Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association.
Although a landowner has to deliver or transfer the relevant land or goods to the project implementer by the commencement date of expropriation or use, the Defendant did not deliver the said real estate to the F Housing Redevelopment Project Association, a project implementer, until May 24, 2018, which is the commencement date of expropriation of the said public works.
