Punishment of the crime
Anyone who intends to possess radioisotopes shall obtain permission from the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission.
Nevertheless, at around 10:05 on January 30, 2012, the Defendant, without permission, sealed 8.01 x 101 x100 x1 x10 x10 x10 x10 x10 x10 x 1.04 x 1.74 x 1.74 x x 10 x 10 x 2.27 x10 x10 B/g) in the original form of the original material ( approximately 2.5 m in the name, b.10 m. m. m. m.) in order to be used for fraudulent gambling in the Defendant’s dwelling at the 101st place in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si B 101.
Accordingly, the Defendant possessed radioisotopes without obtaining permission from the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission.
