On November 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted fraud in the Incheon District Court’s Vice-Support on November 26, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 5, 2016.

The Bosing team managed by the general responsibility in name is an organization composed of the telephone inducement team that takes money from victims or the management team that manages the damage collection and taking team that steals money from victims by making a false statement that personal information has been leaked after communicating victims, misrepresenting the investigative agency, etc., and thereby safely keeping the money.

Around June 2015, the Defendant contacted D with the collection and reduction team recruitment of the damage amount of the above Bophishing team and the management of the damage amount of the said Bophishing team, stating that “The Defendant will pay 6% of the money that has been collected and cut off at the time of collection and cutting off of the damage amount at the time of collection and cutting off of the damage amount.” The Defendant drawn D to the collection and reduction team of the damage amount.

Defendant, D, and personnel engaged in singinging operations in the name of the victims were recruited in order to keep the victims from the call incentive team to pay damages to D who misrepresented the victims, or to keep them in custody at the victims’ home, and to transfer the damages to the Bosing organization by thefting them.
