The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around April 28, 2019, the Defendant posted a notice of “D” title on the Internet community bulletin board “D” on the victim of Japanese nationality, which was posted on the Internet community website B, and publicly insulting the victim by publicly insulting the victim by putting a statement of “the last bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”
