Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant C shall not receive the basic supply cost or allow any other person to receive the benefit by deceit or other fraudulent means, which is designated as the basic supply cost by the Busan Jin-gu Office.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not receive approximately KRW 2,200,000 through KRW 2,50,000 for monthly wage from June 2017 to August 2018, and did not report income from the Busan Jin-gu Office for the same period as in the above-mentioned period, and received the cost of living benefits of KRW 16,339,57,430 (total amount of KRW 18,087,00) as a basic recipient, such as the list of crimes.
2. The defendant A is the representative director of the B Co., Ltd. located in Busan Suwon-gu D.
No one shall receive the assistances or have another person receive the assistances by deceit or other unlawful means.
Nevertheless, for the same period as Paragraph 1, C received basic benefits by illegal means, such as employing C in order to handle the litigation affairs of B, and paying benefits using the personal account without being registered as an employee to enable C to receive basic supply costs as a basic recipient.
3. Defendant B Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of transportation business at the place specified in paragraph (2).
The above defendant committed a violation like paragraph (2) in relation to the defendant's business.
