1. Fraud against the victim B;

A. On July 18, 2019, the Defendant made a false call to the victim B, a workplace partner, to the effect that “A traffic accident needs to be paid due to a drunk driving. It is expected to receive KRW 40 million prior to his/her maturity, as he/she is expected to receive KRW 40 million after his/her holiday.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have paid a traffic accident due to drinking driving, and even if he borrowed money from the victim, he thought to use it as money for gambling, and he did not have the intention or ability to make a timely repayment to the victim.

Nevertheless, around July 18, 2019, the Defendant acquired 6 million won from the victim to the Kakao Bank Account in the name of the Defendant.

B. On July 30, 2019, the Defendant called the victim B, a work partner, to return the deposit to the purchaser of the apartment house in the name of the Gu, and falsely stated that “The money is insufficient to lend money to the friendly to the friendly in the certificate of the certificate of the deposit for the transfer of the deposit. The Defendant may not know the fact that he/she lent money to the friendly Gu, but only he/she borrowed KRW 30 million,000,000,000 including KRW 6 million prior to the end of August 2019.”

However, the defendant did not own apartment houses, and even if he received money from the victim, he thought that he would use it as gambling funds, and he did not have the intention or ability to make timely repayment to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on July 30, 2019, remitted the amount of KRW 10 million from the victim, KRW 10 million around July 31, 2019, KRW 10 million around July 31, 2019, KRW 30 million around August 1, 2019, and KRW 30 million in total from August 1, 2019.

2. Fraud against the victim C;

A. On August 20, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim C, who is a workplace partner, to the effect that “A traffic accident requires an agreement on the payment of the traffic accident due to a sound driving. If the Defendant borrowed money, he/she will make a full payment on the first week of September.”

However, the defendant is true.
