On August 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, and on June 25, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court completed the enforcement of the sentence seven times in the same kind of criminal records.

On November 2, 2013, at around 22:50, the Defendant: (a) found a drunken box at the Seoul Southern Police Station Diplomatic Police Station located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, and 112 patrols (net 11) parked there at that place; (b) she gets home from the police officer E affiliated with the said police box, and she gets home from the police officer E who was in charge of the said police box, and she gets home to walk at several times, and she took a bath to the E police officer and F, who was on duty within the police box, and she took a bath by her “this spule police officer.”
