The defendant is the representative of the F Corporation, the management company of E department stores located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

1. On February 17, 2016, the Defendant interfered with business affairs, on February 17, 2016, interrupted the supply of electricity to H, a company operated by the victim G, which is an Internet shopping mall company operated by the above E department store No. 328, and prevented the use of computers and other equipment.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the operation of Internet shopping mall by force of the victim.

2. On February 18, 2016, the Defendant interfered with business affairs on February 18, 2016, based on the short-term measures described in paragraph (1) at the above E department stores 322, the Defendant, at around 10:40 on February 18, 2016, set up electric power supply devices installed in the above E department stores 322, and made it impossible for the Defendant to use the computer and other equipment by recklessly blocking the supply of electric power by extracting electric plugs from the 322 room.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's online shopping mall operation by force.

[2] On April 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 17:30 on April 22, 2016, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the supply of electricity to the third floor of the instant department store, corridor and toilet; and (c) took measures to prevent the elevator from stopping on the third floor; and (d) prevented the Defendant from carrying out the delivery of goods.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's online shopping mall operation by force.
