A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 1382"
1. Larceny;
A. At around 00:30 on April 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) cut off “D” rooms located on the first floor of Bupyeong-si C underground; (b) at the cell phone case located on the victim E, who was diving, one copy of the F association C card, which was owned by the victim.
B. At around 17:00 on April 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 50,000, identification card, and one copy of the I Bank’s physical card, which are owned by the victim, at the second floor of the G building in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si; and (b) stolen the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 700,000,00 in the market price, which includes one copy of the I Bank’s physical card.
C. At around 03:00 on April 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking out one copy of the victim’s body cream card at the wall where the victim was in the space where the victim was in the space. D.
At around 05:30 on April 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with 30,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim P, and 880,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim, and 1, M Bank’s physical card; and (b) Q Bank’s physical card.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. At around 00:51 on April 20, 2019, the Defendant settled KRW 16,360 in the vicinity of the main station in Michuhol-gu Incheon, and paid KRW 16,360 on April 20, 201 to the victim’s nameless taxi driver.
As stated in the paragraph, the FF Association's cream card, which was stolen, was presented as if the defendant was the legitimate holder of the above cream card.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to acquire property benefits equivalent to 16,360 won, and used a stolen check card.
B. On April 24, 2019, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 4,000 in the “S convenience store” located in Bupyeong-si R around 05:41 on April 24, 2019, and the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to the market price of KRW 4,00, and employees in non-name as the victim are employees
As described in paragraph (1), the defendant is a legitimate holder of the above credit card.
