Seized evidence 1, 8, and 9 shall be confiscated.

After forging the certificate of personal seal impression, etc. in the name of G, which is a well-known worship, the Defendant had attempted to acquire money as a down payment, as if he could interfere with the conclusion of an exclusive contract with G with the entertainment planning company.

1. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the resident registration number of G, which was well-known in Seoul, at an insular place; (b) discovered the resident registration number of G, which was known through the insular Center; and (c) requested another insular center employee, who was an employee of another insular center, to forge his/her personal information; (d) affix his/her personal information; and (e) 2.5 million won in cash; and (e) forged the certificate of personal seal impression of G name.

Accordingly, the above person who has not made a statement of personal seal impression with the content of “Name G (H), Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I apartment, 108 Dong 1203, and transferred on December 19, 2014,” in an indeterminated manner.

As a result, the Defendant forged two copies of the certificate of personal seal impression on G in the name of the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government House head, Seongdong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is an official document for the purpose

On April 1, 2015, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated that “A: To be exercised in the form of the exclusive contract for popular culture artists for the purpose of committing fraud in a non-place in Seoul located in Seoul and under the pretext of concluding exclusive contracts with actors without authority; (b) stated “A: Human Justice (the name of the Defendant), K (the name of the Defendant); and G popular culture artists” in the form of the exclusive contract for popular culture artists; and (c) the title of the attached agreement includes the contract term, the contract amount, the contract amount, the 31st day from August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2018; (b) written the document stating “A”, “A (the name of the Defendant), the President K (the name of the Defendant); and (c) written the document stating “B”, and affixed a new G seal arbitrarily affixed to the name of G.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant has forged a copy of the exclusive contract for popular culture artists in G name, which is a private document on rights and duties, and a subsidiary agreement.
