Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On October 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on January 17, 2014.

1. Provision of Metropists;

B. On March 30, 2016, the Defendant provided approximately 0.3g of opon phone to BJ from a passenger car driven by the Defendant who was parked in front of the BL telecom located in Incheon Southern-gu BK, and provided BJ with approximately 0.3g of opon phone.
2. On September 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around September 14, 2015, received KRW 100,000 from BJ, and sold to BJ approximately five grams of phiphones.
"2016 Highest 4780" Defendant is not a handler of narcotics.
1. Provision of Metropists;
A. On November 2015, in the vicinity of the BP located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon BO in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the Defendant provided B Q with approximately 0.3 grams of Metropha (one philoopopon; hereinafter referred to as “diphone”) a local mental medicine.
B. On December 13, 2015, the Defendant provided approximately one gram of philopon to P at the BS coffee shop near the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City BR lending.

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant provided S with approximately 0.2g opon 0.2g in front of a passenger car driven by the Defendant parked in the vicinity of the R cafeteria located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Q.
2. On January 2016, the Defendant administered the Mept Aptopy in a bU telecom room located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City BT, containing approximately 0.3g of his/her own philopon into a single-use injection machine with BV, melting it into water, and administering it into the Defendant’s arms.
