1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,30,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 14, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
1. On March 5, 2012, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 11,300,000 to the Defendant on June 5, 2012 as the due date for reimbursement of KRW 10,000,000 on June 6, 2012, respectively, on June 30, 2012.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 21,300,000 (=11,300,000 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 14, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
