A. On August 12, 2016, the Plaintiff leased KRW 100,000,000 to the Defendant on August 12, 2016 without a interest agreement, setting the due date as August 12, 2019.

B. The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 to the present day.

According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 100,000,000 as borrowed and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from August 13, 2019 to April 7, 2020, the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case, and 12% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
