1. Claim for the return of lease deposit for the lease deposit amounting to KRW 150,00,000,000 for Seoul building and subparagraph D between the applicant for the indication of claim and the defendant, and for the termination of the lease contract concluded between April 5, 2017 and April 5, 2019;
2. Judgment by the service of public disclosure under the applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
