A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of nine months and a fine of six hundred thousand won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Punishment of the crime
1. Obstruction of business;
A. On February 16, 2017, at around 11:20 on February 16, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 11:20 on February 16, 2017, at the D Welfare Center’s second floor health improvement room located in Goi-gun C, Goi-gun; (b) the Defendant: (c) thrown away the victim E with “hingly, hinging, hinginginging, hinginging, and hinginging, hinginging, hing, and hinginging, hinging it well; and
150,000 won, 150,000 won, and 10,000 won, 150,000 won, and 10,000 won, such as taking a bath, threatening drinking, and interfering with the welfare center business of the victim.
B. On February 16, 2017, the Defendant, around 12:45, committed the crime, at the first floor office of the above welfare center around February 16, 2017, threatened the above victim, who was in preparation for business, with the appearance of 1:5,00 won of money within the lower-level bank, and threatened with the victim, “within the lower-level bank, 1:50,000 won of money within the lower-level bank, rash down, and down the death,” and interfered with the victim’s welfare center’s business for about 20 minutes, including marching.

On February 17, 2017, at around 10:30 on February 17, 2017, the Defendant expressed the above victim’s desire to take a large amount of the victim’s 20 minutes of the crime, namely, “YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Hahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

On March 6, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime on March 6, 2017: (a) around 14:30 on March 6, 2017, at the second floor health improvement room of the above welfare center, whether the Defendant “F 50,000 won of a fine”; (b)
Does it receive at a bank;
Along with about 15 minutes of Doar Youth, bean booming, 500,000 won of 50,000 won, and threatening it to "I will be fright and frighting," it interfered with the welfare center business of the victim.
E. On March 7, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime on March 7, 201, the second floor of the above welfare center around March 7, 2017.
