1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 280,500,000 and the interest rate thereon from February 26, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff entered into an advertising agency contract with Defendant A, an advertising agent, and accordingly, from February 1, 2015.
4. Until 30. 30. 30. The advertisement of Puaco Co., Ltd. was broadcast on the TVN and four channels, and the Defendant Co., Ltd. incurred a claim for advertising commission of KRW 330,000,000 and a claim for agency commission of KRW 49,50,000.
B. Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant A’s obligation of KRW 330,000,000 to the Plaintiff based on the above advertising agency contract.
C. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff KRW 280,500,000 as well as damages for delay.
