1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 19, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On March 4, 2015, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 30 million to the Defendant without having set the due date for payment, and KRW 20 million to the Defendant on May 17, 2015, with the due date for payment on September 28, 2015, respectively. On September 28, 2015, the Plaintiff sought the payment of the above loans and the damages for delay.
