1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Of the first floor of the building listed in the separate sheet, each of the marks 1, 2, 5 through 8, 1 of the annexed sheet.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. As to the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant for damages for delay from September 8, 2016 to September 8, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, as to KRW 17,200,00, among the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant.
The interest rate prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is applied from the day after the duplicate of the complaint is served on the debtor. Therefore, the portion exceeding the damages for delay by the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act is dismissed.
