1. The defendant removes the building listed in the attached list 1 to the plaintiff, and delivers the land listed in the attached list 2 to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The defendant, with the indication of the claim, owns a building listed in the attached Table 1 on the land listed in the attached Table 2, owned by the plaintiff without a legitimate title, and occupies the above land. The defendant is obligated to remove the above building and deliver the land portion to the plaintiff who is the landowner
