1. The Defendant’s KRW 324,900,008 and KRW 323,844,188 among the Plaintiff, respectively, shall be from September 3, 2014 to December 27, 2014.
1. On September 21, 2007, Hana Bank Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., (hereinafter “I Bank”) borrowed KRW 500,000,000 to the Defendant on September 21, 2008, the credit period of KRW 410,000,000, out of the above loans, was extended in sequence until May 23, 2010.
On September 27, 2010, Han Bank transferred the above loan claims to the Plaintiff and notified the Defendant of the assignment of claims on September 29, 2010.
As above, with respect to the remaining principal and interest of KRW 324,90,008 and principal of KRW 323,84,188 among the principal and interest remaining until September 2, 2014 and its principal, the Plaintiff seeks payment of damages for delay at the rate of 17% per annum, which is the interest rate for delay applicable to the above loan claim, from September 3, 2014 to December 27, 2014, which is the service date of a copy of the complaint of this case, from September 27, 2014, and from the next day to the day of full payment, damages for delay at each rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion,
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
