1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,90,800 and the interest rate thereon from October 9, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The cause of the claim shall be as specified in attached Form;
(A) All of the claims for the conclusion of the judgment by public notice are accepted (Article 208(3)3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act).
